Get a life!

Most gamers/geeks/nerds have been told that a thousand times.

But what gives the non-gamer/-geek/-nerd the right to say that?
Are their lives that much more fulfilling than ours, us that play games?

We play games, yes.
But we all eat, sleep and do our biz at the toilet.
Most of us work or attend school.
Most of us still go out in the weekends and get silly drunk or just hang out with friends.
Most of us still to goes to festivals, concerts, museums or shows even though we play games.

So what are the gamers missing out on that you non-gamers get?

Of course we have the people that gamers ourselves call "nolifers".
But do you really have to put us all under the same rock?

It pisses me off every time someone thinks they are better than the gamers and criticizes us for our hobbies and interests.
Especially the "nolifer" discussions around the internet.
Nobody wins anyway.
People are entitled to their own opinions, but you can keep some of them to yourself.

So I ask,
what makes your life that much more fulfilling than mine?
